In 2016, Opensource.com’s open organization community released The Open Organization Leaders Manual, a handbook chock-a-block full of advice and best practices for anyone seeking to lead and manage according to open principles. Since then, readers have downloaded more than 1,700 copies of the eBook and purchased nearly 500 copies of the paperback (who says print is dead?).

Now we think it’s due for an update.
