Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak expects the price of bitcoin to hit $100,000. \u201cI just really feel it from all of the interest,\u201d he explained. \u201cThe interest in crypto is so high.\u201d<\/strong>\n<\/p>\n \n He began by sharing his bitcoin investment experience. \u201cI bought a bunch of bitcoin at the start to say how do you play with this new thing? How do you buy something online? I conquered that. How do you buy things in other countries, and how would you pay for a donut in another country? How do you find an ATM that works on your bitcoin? I want to experiment and learn it all,\u201d the Apple co-founder described, adding:\n<\/p>\n And then bitcoin went way up. Well, I got scared and I sold all my bitcoin except one bitcoin.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \n The Apple co-founder proceeded to make a prediction about the price of bitcoin:\n<\/p>\n Just recently I think bitcoin is going to go to $100,000.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n \n Wozniak further revealed that he recently \u201cput a bunch of money\u201d into an online wallet at the Nasdaq-listed crypto exchange Coinbase. \u201cPretty much, it\u2019s sitting right where it was right now. [It] went way up, it doubled, and then it halved again,\u201d he shared.<\/p>\n While the Apple co-founder has some money in bitcoin, he explained that he\u2019s not an investor.<\/p>\n \u201cI don\u2019t invest,\u201d he said. \u201cI\u2019ve never invested in stocks in my life. I\u2019ve never used Apple Stock on the iPhone. Ever. Because why? \nApple co-founder Steve Wozniak shared his view on cryptocurrency in an interview on the Wild Ride with Steve-O podcast, published last week.<\/p>\n\n
\nWozniak explained that his purpose is \u201cto have enough to play with, experiment with, but not make money on.\u201d However, \u201ctwo times it\u2019s gone way up and made money,\u201d he noted.<\/p>\n\n
\nHe explained: \u201cI just don\u2019t know where you get that feeling. I can\u2019t put any mathematics to it. I just really feel it from all of the interest. The interest in crypto is so high.\u201d<\/p>\n\n
\nWozniak has said several good things about bitcoin in the past. Last week, he said Bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that is \u201cpure gold mathematics<\/a>.\u201d In July last year, he said Bitcoin is a \u201cmathematical miracle<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n
