At Bloomberg, we experienced this problem firsthand in our deployment of OpenStack. In late 2016, we spent six months testing and rolling out <a href=\"https:\/\/releases.openstack.org\/liberty\/\" target=\"_blank\">Liberty<\/a> on our OpenStack environment.
